SGCheats is the way to activate cheats within Intruder.
To activate cheats first one must be an admin then type the command /sgcheats 1 to enable cheats and /sgcheats 0 in order to disable them.
Enabling cheats will cause the server to no longer track stats and show a warning to players alerting them that cheats are enabled.
