Voice Chat

Overview

The voice chat is an essential part of Intruder's gameplay. It is 3d, so you hear the voices of the other players from their position. Everyone can hear you talking, your teammates and your enemies, so be aware of who is being able to listen to you. The volume also decreases with the distance. If you want to talk to someone far away, you can use the Radio.

Controls

You can either set the voice chat mode to "auto" or "manual". On "auto", you can define a volume threshold, so if your voice volume is above the threshold, the game automatically transmits your voice. On "manual", you have to press and hold a key (by default "c") to be able to speak in the game. This is very useful if you don't want to accidentally reveal your position (e.g. if you are in a noisy environment).
