Introduction
A portable cardboard decoy that, from the front, looks exactly like a Guard/Intruder.
History
- Change Log
- Build 84 - Cutout collision and bullet penetration should be correct now, and you can shoot through the legs.
- Build 83 - fixed flub up between gas, decoy, and banana ammo from EquipmentManager.
- Build 82 - New Cardboard Decoy models will also take on custom materials.
- Build 79 - Cardboard cut outs are no longer made of steel. Can be shot through as well as knocked over after a number of shots.
- Patch 426 - Cardboard cutouts now collide with ragdolls.
Gameplay
By default, your Cardboard Decoy can be accessed by pressing "=/Equals" on your keyboard while in game and can be deployed in by using the Left button on your mouse. When deployed the cardboard will look exactly like a Guard/Intruder; If you're a Guard it will appear as a Guard, and vice-versa for Intruders. They can fall over if shot, or if hit by a laser sensor/c4. Cardboard cutouts are used to distract or scare the enemy. Although they cannot be broken, cardboard cutouts can be shot through.
